Warranty

All our products come with 1-year warranty. Rest assured that any structurally defective or damaged items will be repaired/replaced with no extra cost to you! As we use solid wood for our bunk beds, you may notice mild imperfections in the wood. This in no way affects the structural integrity of the frame and is not eligible for warranty. 

The same warranty applies to customers outside our local GTA delivery area, including Ottawa & Gatineau: replacement parts and service visits are scheduled with our next run to your area, or smaller parts are couriered out.

If any items/parts are missing or broken, please email us directly at info@bunkbedhub.ca with the following information, otherwise it could delay your service order:

• your order number
• photos of the broken item and/or a picture of the missing piece(s) from the manual
• the item code/name of the piece in question per the manual
• photos of the product boxes

All products are final sale once the box is opened, and cannot be returned. However not to worry! The warranty is there to ensure your peace of mind and your satisfaction. 

Not covered under warranty:

• normal wear and tear from everyday use
• damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation
• damage caused by poor use or pets
• damage caused by chemicals such as harsh cleaning solutions, paint, or other corrosives
• natural imperfections normally present in solid wood, such as knots, wood grain patterns, or blemishes
• discolouration or fading caused by exposure to extreme temperatures
• insect or pest infestations
