Return Policy

You have 14 days to request a return/exchange for your item, after which all orders are final sale. 

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. To initiate a return, please email us at info@bunkbedhub.ca with your order number. Once the return request is submitted, you will have 3 days to provide all necessary information and confirm return details.

We’ve added this 3-day follow-up requirement because we’ve experienced situations where return requests are made near the end of the 14-day window, but the needed information isn’t submitted until much later—sometimes even weeks and months after the initial request—making it difficult to honor the return. This policy helps ensure a smoother, fairer process for everyone.

Please note, some returns may incur a return delivery fee. Please inquire with us to find out more. For Ottawa & Gatineau orders, approved returns are collected on our next scheduled run to the area, and the return delivery fee will be confirmed with you before pickup. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

We endeavour to deliver all our orders efficiently and correctly. However sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours so we can rectify and exchange at no additional cost to you.
