How firm are our mattresses?

Our mattresses are built firm for proper support and long-term durability. Firm mattresses hold up best over time, are best for healthy posture, and are widely recommended for children and teens. If you prefer a softer feel, a topper can easily be added on top to customize the surface without compromising the support underneath.

What’s the difference between foam and pocket coil?

Foam mattresses are fully constructed of layered foam — quieter, lighter, and often better for bunk beds and low-profile setups. Pocket coil mattresses use individually wrapped springs under a quilted foam top, offering more bounce, better edge support, and stronger airflow. Both use CertiPUR-US certified materials and are Canadian-made.

Will it work with my bunk bed?

Yes — our 6″ and 9″ profiles are specifically designed to sit safely below bunk bed safety rails, and are best suited for the bottom bunk or standalone beds. For the top bunk, we recommend keeping mattress height at no more than 9″ for proper rail clearance.

Does it come rolled up?

Yes — every mattress is vacuum-sealed and rolled into a compact cylinder, making delivery and setup easy. It fits through narrow doorways, up staircases, and around tight corners that a full-size mattress couldn’t navigate. Once in place, unroll onto your bed frame, remove the plastic, and allow 30 minutes for the mattress to inflate and up to 24H to reach full form.

  • Allow 30 minutes to fully expand (and up to 24H for full form) after unrolling
  • Rotate head-to-foot every 3–6 months for even wear
  • Use a mattress protector to extend lifespan and help preserve the warranty
  • Spot clean only with mild soap and cold water — do not submerge
  • Keep well-ventilated and dry
  • Do not fold or bend after initial setup — may damage internal construction
