Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All in-stock items are delivered within 3–6 business days from your order date. Once your delivery is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your exact date and time window. Need to reschedule? Just let us know and we’ll sort it at no extra charge. Ottawa & Gatineau orders go on our next scheduled run — usually within 3 weeks; you’ll receive your confirmed delivery date at least 2 business days before delivery.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver free of charge across the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, and Thornhill. We also deliver to surrounding cities including Hamilton, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Milton, Guelph, Waterloo, Cambridge, Kitchener, Oshawa, Newmarket, Bradford, and Barrie. Your postal code will be confirmed automatically at checkout. We also deliver to Ottawa & Gatineau — Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Orleans, Barrhaven, Stittsville, Gloucester, Gatineau, Aylmer and Hull — for a flat fee shown at checkout.
Do you deliver to Ottawa or Gatineau?
Yes. Ottawa & Gatineau orders ship on our next scheduled run — usually within 3 weeks — for a flat fee shown at checkout. You’ll receive your confirmed delivery date at least 2 business days before delivery. Full details are on our Delivery & Shipping page.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — completely free for all orders within our GTA and surrounding city delivery radius. No minimum order, no hidden fees. Ottawa & Gatineau deliveries carry a flat fee, shown at checkout before you pay — see our Delivery & Shipping page.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
We’ll send you a confirmation email with your delivery date and time window in advance, and our delivery team will contact you directly on the day with their estimated arrival time. If you’re not home, we can leave your order outside in a safe location or reschedule at no extra cost — whatever works best for you.
What if I'm outside the GTA delivery zone?
Enter your address at checkout to confirm your area — Ottawa & Gatineau addresses will show our flat delivery fee automatically. If you’re elsewhere outside our local delivery radius, email us at info@bunkbedhub.ca with your city and postal code and we’ll explore shipping options. Additional charges may apply based on distance and order size.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your delivery is scheduled you’ll receive an email confirmation with your date and time window. Our delivery team will also reach out on the day with their ETA so you’re never left guessing.

What are your bunk beds made of?
Our bunk beds are available in two materials — solid wood and metal. Our solid wood models are built from durable hardwood for a timeless, sturdy feel. Our metal models are constructed from welded steel for a sleek, modern look. Both are built to last through years of everyday use.
How sturdy are your bunk beds?
Very. Our bunk beds are made of solid wood and supported throughout. All models are built with safety rails and reinforced construction for peace of mind. Weight limits are listed on each individual product page.
Are your bunk beds safe for children?
Yes. All our bunk beds are designed and built with child safety in mind. Every model includes full-length safety guardrails on the top bunk to prevent falls. We recommend the top bunk for children aged 6 and older. Always follow the weight limits listed on each product page.
What mattress size do I need?
Twin/Twin bunk beds require two twin (single) mattresses. Twin/Full models require one twin mattress for the top bunk and one full (double) mattress for the bottom. Full/Full models require two full mattresses. Each product page lists the exact mattress sizes needed. We recommend a mattress height of 6″–9″ for most bunk bed levels, and a maximum of 6″ for add-on trundle beds.
What mattress do you recommend?
Any quality foam or coil mattress between 6″–9″ in height works well. We offer a firm 6″ foam mattress that fits all bunk bed levels including trundles — it’s a popular add-on and available directly on our site.
Can your bunk beds be split into two separate beds?
Most of our models can be separated into two individual beds — a twin and a full, two twins or two fulls depending on the model. This makes them a smart long-term investment as your family’s needs change. Check the individual product page to confirm whether your chosen model supports this.
Do your bunk beds come with slats or do I need a box spring?
All our bunk beds come with a platform base — no box spring required. The slats are included and provide a solid, even foundation for your mattress.
Are your finishes safe for children?
Yes. All our finishes are non-toxic and child-safe, free from harmful chemicals. They’re designed to meet safety standards for use in children’s bedrooms.
How much assembly is required?
All our bunk beds require assembly. Each order comes with a detailed instruction manual and all hardware included. Parts are clearly labelled to make the process as straightforward as possible. Most customers complete assembly in 1–2 hours.
Do you sell mattresses?
Yes — we offer firm and supportive, Canadian-made mattresses that work for our bunk bed levels and trundles. They are eco-friendly, locally sourced and produced, and great for children and adults alike. They are available on our website and can be added to your order.
Sofa Beds
What is a sofa bed and how does it work?
A sofa bed is a multi-functional piece of furniture that serves as both a sofa and a sleeping surface. We carry two styles — pull-out sofa beds, which have a fold-out mattress mechanism hidden beneath the seat cushions, and klick-klack sofa beds, which convert by simply pushing the backrest down flat to create a sleeping surface. Both are great space-saving solutions for guest rooms, studios, and smaller living spaces.
What sizes do your sofa beds come in?
Our sofa beds are available in various sizes depending on the model. Most open to a full or double sleeping surface. Check each individual product page for the exact dimensions in both sofa and bed configurations so you can plan your space before purchasing.
How comfortable is a sofa bed for regular sleeping?
Our sofa beds are designed for both everyday seating comfort and a good night’s sleep. For occasional and guest use both styles work very well. If you’re planning to sleep on it nightly, a pull-out model with a mattress topper is the better choice.
How much space do I need for a sofa bed?
You’ll need enough room for the sofa’s footprint plus the full extension of the bed when open. Each product page lists dimensions in both sofa and bed configurations so you can measure your space before buying. As a general rule, leave at least 6–8 feet of clearance in front of the sofa for a pull-out model.
Do your sofa beds come assembled?
Most of our sofa beds arrive partially assembled and require minimal setup. Full assembly instructions and all hardware are included with every order.
Trundle Beds
What is a trundle bed?
A trundle bed is a space-saving sleeping solution that features a second bed frame stored on wheels underneath the main bed. When you need the extra sleeping space, simply roll it out. When not in use it tucks neatly away, keeping your room open and clutter-free — perfect for sleepovers, guests, and shared kids’ rooms.
What mattress fits a trundle bed?
Trundle beds typically fit a twin (single) mattress. Any size mattress may be used for the top bed, per your needs. We recommend a maximum mattress height of 6″ to ensure the trundle rolls in and out smoothly. Our 6″ Imagine Gel foam mattress is a popular choice for trundles and fits perfectly.
Can the trundle be used as permanent sleeping or just occasional?
Trundle beds can certainly be used as both permanent sleeping and occasional, while pull-out trundle beds are designed primarily for occasional and guest use rather than nightly primary sleeping. That said, with the right mattress a trundle can be perfectly comfortable for extended stays.
Do pull-out trundles roll out easily?
Yes — all our trundle beds come with smooth-rolling wheels for easy pull-out and push-in. The trundle rolls out all the way to allow full access and easy cleaning underneath.
Storage Beds
What types of storage beds do you carry?
We carry three styles. Drawer-style beds feature built-in drawers on the sides for easy everyday access to clothing and essentials. Hydraulic lift-top beds have a gas-lift platform that raises the entire mattress surface to reveal a large storage compartment underneath — ideal for bulky items like bedding and seasonal clothing. We also carry a select number of models with lift-top storage benches built around the bed frame for additional hidden storage.
How much weight can the storage lift-up platform hold?
Our hydraulic lift platforms are built to support the weight of a standard mattress and bedding. We recommend following the weight guidelines listed on each individual product page. The gas-lift pistons are engineered for smooth, safe operation under normal everyday use.
Do storage beds require a box spring?
No — all our storage beds come with a solid platform base included. No box spring is needed. The platform provides a firm, even foundation for your mattress.
Compressed Sofas
What is a compressed sofa?
A compressed sofa is a full-size sofa that has been vacuum-compressed and rolled into a compact box for easy delivery. Once unboxed it expands to its full shape over 48–72 hours. This makes delivery significantly easier — no struggling with oversized furniture through doorways or narrow stairwells.
How do I set up a compressed sofa?
Simply remove the sofa from the box, carefully cut away the vacuum wrapping, and place it in your desired location. The sofa will begin expanding immediately. You can sit on it within the first 24 hours, though it reaches its full shape and firmness within 48–72 hours. We recommend placing it in its final position before it fully expands as it will be easier to move.
How long does it take to fully expand?
Your compressed sofa can be used within the first 24 hours of unboxing. It will reach its full shape, size, and firmness within 48–72 hours.
What if it doesn't expand properly?
In the rare case that your sofa doesn’t expand fully or has an issue after unboxing, contact us right away. Any manufacturing defect is covered under our 1-year warranty and we’ll make it right promptly at no cost to you.
Mattresses
Where are your mattresses made?
All our mattresses are locally sourced and produced right here in Toronto. They’re delivered fresh from the factory — compressed and rolled for clean, easy delivery directly to your door.
What material do you use for your mattresses?
Our foams and coils are all produced in Toronto using eco-friendly, biofoam — a soy-based foam that contains no harmful chemicals, off-gassing, or glues. Every mattress is hand-stitched rather than machine-made, which means they may carry very slight natural imperfections — but that’s the mark of genuine craftsmanship. They are machine-compressed and rolled for delivery.
What mattresses do you sell?
We carry 6 mattress options to suit different needs and budgets. Our foam lineup includes the 6″ Imagine Gel (firm quilted foam), 8″ Imagine Gel Plus (firm quilted foam), and 9″ Premium Foam (firm tapered foam). We also carry the 9″ Dream Pedic (firm quilted pocket coil), the 8″ Kyoto (cool gel-infused memory foam), and the 8″ Futon Mattress for futon use.
What firmness level do you recommend?
All our foam and coil mattresses are firm — ideal for bunk beds, children’s sleep, and anyone who prefers structured, supportive sleep. Our Kyoto cool gel memory foam offers a slightly more contouring feel while still being supportive. The futon mattress is also firm by nature and works well for multi-purpose furniture.
What sizes are available?
Our mattresses are available in Twin, Full, Queen, and King sizes depending on the model. Check each individual product page for exact size availability and pricing.
Ordering & Payment
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we offer three flexible financing options. Afterpay splits your payment into 4 bi-weekly instalments. RBC PayPlan allows you to spread payments over monthly instalments for up to 3 years. PayPal Pay in 4 lets you split your purchase into 4 payments over 6 weeks at 0% interest. All three options are available at checkout. Approval is instant and does not affect your delivery timeline.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We operate from a warehouse location and do not have a public showroom. By keeping our operation lean we’re able to offer some of the lowest prices in the GTA and pass those savings directly to you.
Do you price match?
We work hard to offer the most competitive prices in the GTA on all our products. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, contact us and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Returns & Warranty
How does the warranty work?
Every product automatically comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If anything arrives broken or defective, or if any structural issue develops within the first year, we’ll replace the affected pieces — no hassle, no cost to you. Visit our Warranty Policy page for full details.
What if my order arrives with damaged or missing pieces?
